I had a horrible experience, if there was a 0 star I would give them 0 stars. I did my eye exam through my medical and they didn’t treat me nicely. They ended up lowering my new prescription compared to my old prescription and I went back and asked if they can adjust for me. They allowed me to test lenses that have the same prescription as my old one and it ended up being more comfortable for my eyes and they wanted to charge me an extra fee for a mistake that was made by them and when I asked why a fee they said, “we don’t make enough money through medical and for us to change the prescription we would have to charge you .Im not mad about the charge but the fact they made a mistake and wanted to charge me feels like a scam/greed.

The upsell is real. Was not impressed with the front office at all. After two weeks called to get the status of my frames/lenses and never heard back. Over two weeks to wait for basic reading glasses is too long and the extra charges are ridiculous.

I recommend this optometrist if you are looking for a friendly professional, caring place! My daughter at next door hospital broke her glasses so I stopped by and they welcomed me with a cheerful face and fixed the glasses no charge! Jenna was so skillful my daughter glasses look like new!

I went with my friend for an eye exam and was honestly so amazed by how kind and knowledgeable the doctor is. The office is super cute and aesthetic, and the glasses selection is amazing. Jinny was so helpful and picked out the cutest sunglasses for my friend. Definitely recommend this place!

Convenient location near my house, staff is friendly, nice clean aesthetic, quick availability if you need an appointment compared to other places I called. They were able to get my insurance over the phone and get me and my gf an appt same week. They also lots of options for covered frames if you have medical insurance more than any other place I’ve been!

Great experience. Got 2 lenses from them, and while they did have an issue with the lab for one they communicated and made the situation right. The eye exam is thorough and Dr. Galina is caring and careful.

They have a great selection of frames here that are reasonably priced! The doctor and staff are super friendly and helpful. Tim was able to provide an emergency repair on my glasses. I was out the door within 15 minutes, their service is very quick and affordable. I highly recommend Eyes on Burbank for any optometry needs!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I first came in with my kid and had such a wonderful experience that I have since recommended the office to all my family and friends. Dr. Galina is fantastic. She takes her time, checks everything very carefully, and makes you feel completely cared for. The front desk girls are always so nice and welcoming, the office is spotless, and the free parking is such a plus. On top of that, they have a great selection of glasses with so many modern and high-quality options to choose from, which made it easy for everyone in my family to find something they love.

Great service here. They helped me to get my prescription glasses with my insurance (no out-of-pocket costs to me) and even went out of their way to expedite it because I was leaving in a few weeks for a trip. As soon as I called I knew this place was a gem. As a new patient I was able to get an appointment within that week, which is so unheard of. The customer service on the phone was surprisingly pleasant and left me feeling as if I had just called long time provider for an appointment. I was greeted once arriving with a smile. My young child was welcomed and was greeted with smiles, and given space to play on her device as she waited for me.
I had such a great experience that I made an appointment for my teen. He was listened to and they spoke to him directly, which I appreciate as a mom who loves to teach life skill independence. I highly recommend Dr. G and her staff of top notch service and knowledge. They also have a great selection of frames!

As someone who always vets medical/dental/vision providers prior to my initial visit, i must say, I’ve NEVER had the occasion, where ALL reviews were positive. Admittedly, i was skeptical, because i thought, no way is this possible!
Until my first visit last week…
It actually started from the first conversation to set up the appointment. Ani was warm, kind, and helpful. How often can we truly state we had that particular experience?
To top off her excellent phone demeanor, when I walked in, she was just as she was over the phone. As an aside, the office was incredibly organized, pristine, and everything was clean!
Then, I met one of the other young ladies named Shinobu, who was so knowledgeable, and, this was all PRIOR to me meeting with Dr. Vardanyan!
Lastly, as I walked into the room with Dr. Vardanyan, she was as pleasant, kind, warm and more importantly…thorough. She answered all my questions, gave me suggestions, and explained everything in great detail.
Dr. Vardanyan, Ani, Shinobu, keep up the great work. It was awe inspiring, empowering and you all gave downright excellent customer satisfaction!

Dr. Vardanyan is exceptional optometrist. I had a really fantastic experience at Eyes on Burbank Optometry. They were engaged, polite, thorough, and spent extra time to respond to my questions. I did not feel rushed. Their patient communication skills are top notch. The optometry itself is in an easy to find location with their own parking. Inside it is clean, organized, and beautiful.
